Meet Katja Škof Žavcer, whose remarkable journey of more than 20 years with our company has taken her from student employee to her current position as Head of Quality Control.
As Head of Quality Control, she is passionate about working with people and supporting their personal growth. She also thrives on solving complex project challenges, finding motivation in each new opportunity.
People are the focal point of her role, which is reflected in her commitment to the company value of Team Spirit.: “I believe that a team’s true strength emerges when we genuinely share our knowledge, experience, and successes. I wholeheartedly guide my colleagues on their journey and listen to them through both professional and personal challenges. Outside of work, she embraces life with energy and color. Whether dancing from Latin solo to country line dance, cycling through nature, or sharing laughter with friends over a delicious meal. She also values quieter moments: "When I’m not on the go, you’ll likely find me with a crochet hook in hand or recharging in the forest."
Her chosen object? Her red dancing shoes. Red is her signature color. It’s bold, full of energy, and fun (and, coincidentally, also our company color). She sees dancing as medicine for her soul: “It keeps me balanced, creative, and always ready for the next step – on or off the dance floor.”
