At Comtrade Gaming we strive to ensure our colleagues feel appreciated since they do remarkable work; one of the initiatives we use to enforce recognition is KUDOS. During the year, employees send KUDOS to the ones who go above and beyond their call of duty, bring positive change, and like to support others. 👏
At the end of the year all recipients of KUDOS become candidates for Best of the Best Award in seven categories and in December all colleagues vote for their favourites. A few days ago, we announced the results of voting and with them our winners for 2021: Katja Škof Žavcer, Domen Fras, Dora Stojanova, Aleksandr Kajumov, Boris Donko, Katja Zalokar and Ćurić Igor. Congratulations! 🏆💐
They all received a voucher for 500€ which they can use for development and leisure activities. Last year’s winners used them for activities like sailing, horseback riding, diving, language courses … We think these are some great ideas for having a good time.
